I'm often out and about Hertfordshire one day, and Dorest the next doing presentation skills training, public speaking coaching or giving talks.

I aim to have almost everything I'll ever need in one of those "wheelie" bags - ready to give the next presentation because if I had to pack everything I needed every time, that would take me a lot of time and effort.Here's my list of things I take with me or consider every time I train or give a presentation.

"I Love Monkeys": Watch Dee's Stand-Up Gig!

I did a stand-up gig to raise monkey for Children in Need and along with my other comedy buddies from the comedy workshop we raised over £1000 for charity. Thanks to everyone who came along and supported our new group. The event was filmed by another comedian so it's not a professional video but I hope it's enough for you to crack a smile.
