I know that my area of expertise is helping people to overcome their fear of speaking and guiding them to find their inner confidence and passion to communicate. I also like to learn from other experts too.

In my new "Taming Your Public Speaking Monkeys®" presentation skills book I share my with the reader my unique multi-award winning techniques to help you lose the fear of speaking, and build confidence when giving presentations. I have spent years refining the approach and used it effectively with many clients. 

Sometimes the focus is on "Monkey Training" - helping clients build their skills to become excellent speakers after the monkeys are tamed so I'm continually interested discovering more and expanding my field of learning. I like to try out new ideas and techniques too - over the last few years I have joined speaking clubs, comedy groups and even tried my hand at acting all with the aim of learning more. I frequently observe and feedback to other speakers too (when they ask!).   

After taming your monkeys, if you want a good place to start on the huge topic of public speaking, I recommend a website called “Six Minutes”, which seems well-archived and packed full of interesting information from a range of sources. Pick one or two areas you are interested in and research those to the required level. The technique I use to do further research is in Chapter 10 of my book.
