My Background
A little about my background and the journey that led me to specialise in helping people develop their public speaking abilities...
When I graduated with a 2:1 in Business Studies with Marketing, I was privileged to be awarded The Cooperative Prize for Best Marketing Student, and in my career was honoured to win the Director’s Award 2001 for my work on Boddingtons beer. I am a professional member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
Before setting up in business I knew I needed a solid commercial foundation. I worked on a wide range of products for different companies across my career. My brand responsibilities ranged from Bernard Matthews, Jacob’s Creek, Pizza Hut and Jammie Dodgers to name a few. I understand how challenging it can be to get your message across to others in a way that makes them want to buy your product or service.

I am fascinated with all sorts of “communications” and like to continually develop my skills. Over the last 4 years alone I’ve invested over 2,400 hours in my own growth and development meaning I can continually add value to my clients. I’ve even completed the odd stand up comedy course or two! I believe humour and fun is an important part of any learning and change.
Through my in depth study of the psychology of marketing and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) I believe I am uniquely able to share the theory and more importantly the “how to” element of good communications with clients. I am a Trainer of NLP, Certified Master Practitioner of NLP and Trainer member of ANLP International, and honoured to be invited to become the Association for NLP Marketing Director.
